Binding Agreement
The following terms and conditions form a binding agreement between the Client (Parent/Guardian) and Edunest Kids Learning.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice.
Edunest Kids Learning reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions.
The continued use of our services after any changes means the Client has accepted the updated terms and conditions.
1. Enrolment and Fees
- Enrolment is confirmed once the registration form is completed and payment is received.
- All fees must be paid in advancebefore the class begins.
- Fees are non-refundable, unless a class is cancelled by Edunest Kids Learning.
- Missed lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable. Make-up sessions may be offered at the tutor’s discretion, subject to availability.
- Fees may be reviewed and adjusted with prior notice.
2. Attendance and Behaviour
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons regularly and on time.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s punctuality and appropriate behaviour.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment without refund.
- Students must bring all required learning materials (books, stationery, homework, etc.) to each class.
3. Safety and Supervision
- While every care is taken to provide a safe environment, Edunest Kids Learning and its tutors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damagesustained during classes or while on the premises.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping off and collectingtheir children promptly before and after class.
- Students are not permitted to leave the premises without a parent/guardian unless written permission has been provided.
4. Learning and Communication
- Tutors will provide regular feedback and updates about student progress where appropriate.
- Learning outcomes may vary depending on each student’s attendance, participation, and effort.
- Parents are encouraged to discuss any academic or behavioural concerns directly with the tutor.
5. Privacy and Personal Information
- Personal details collected during registration are used only for enrolment, communication, and educational purposes.
- Edunest Kids Learning complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
6. Cancellations and Class Changes
- Edunest Kids Learning reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine classesin unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues).
- Parents will be notified promptly, and a make-up session or credit will be offered.
7. Photos, Videos, and Materials
- Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for educational or promotional purposes.
- Parents may opt outby notifying Edunest Kids Learning in writing at the time of registration.
- All lesson materials, worksheets, and resources remain the intellectual propertyof Edunest Kids Learning and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
